Hands In 4 Youth Chief Executive Officer

After an extensive search conducted by CCMS Partners, the Board of Directors of Hands In 4 Youth, are happy to announce that the century-old impactful youth services organization, has selected Sean Flood as their next Chief Executive Officer.

Sean Flood, currently the Regional Director for Springpoint in Wall Township, NJ since 2019, is a resident of Chatham, NJ. With a strong background in youth services and a passion for making a difference, Sean Flood is poised to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and success.

Regarding the opportunity Sean says how, “truly excited I am to be joining Hands In 4 Youth, an organization with such a meaningful history of making a difference in the lives of children. The chance to contribute to this legacy and help shape the future of youth development is both inspiring and humbling. I look forward to working alongside the incredible Board of Directors, dedicated staff, volunteers, and supporters, all of whom play a crucial role in making a lasting impact. Together, we will continue to build a brighter future for the youth we are privileged to serve, and I am excited to embark on this journey with such a passionate and driven team.”

Hands in 4 Youth, home of Camp Vacamas, has been lifting up at-risk and underserved children for 100 years, providing them with experiences they never dreamed were possible. From summer camp to school-year retreats and daily after-school enrichment programs, Hands In 4 Youth continues to build on its legacy of making memories and changing lives.
